Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based Collections Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech clients by ensuring timely billing and collections with high accuracy. You will protect client satisfaction by addressing needs through internal and external partners, handling sensitive financial data during background screening.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM EST (7:00 AM–4:30 PM CST). The position pays $18/hour and requires EST/CST residency for eligibility, with sponsorship not

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily activities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors within multiple lines of business while maintaining client account integrity.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application, reconciliation, and invoice corrections.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain good relationships across business units.
• Organize and manage daily tasks to meet time parameters.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
