Qualifications

• At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts or at least 1 year of BPO - Sales experience in US accounts.
• Must be capable of using dialers.
• Must have proven account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients and collect outstanding payments.
• Communicate with customers to encourage them to pay their debts.
• Maintain trustful relationships while ensuring timely payments.
