Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years call center/customer service experience.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws concerning collections.
• Professional phone voice and excellent English grammar.
• Active listening skills and ability to influence others.
• Proficient with Zoom, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to continuous improvement.
• Must have a smartphone for remote work usage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and make a high volume of calls and messages to encourage customer payments.
• Document all account activities, verifications, and changes accurately.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to contact customers and arrange payments.
• Review accounts daily to mitigate losses and take actions with manager approval.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• All employees must be on camera when working remotely.
• Perform other duties as required.
