Job summary

CFS is seeking a Sales Collections Representative to turn sales, negotiation, and collections experience into a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential. Start with a $55,000 base salary during ramp-up and grow toward leadership opportunities while handling a portfolio of B2B accounts.

After training, transition to a four-day in-office, one-day remote schedule. You will conduct 50–100 daily calls, negotiate payment plans, and build relationships to drive monthly collection results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, collections, or phone-based customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating payments, solutions, or customer agreements.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound phone conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Conduct approximately 50–100 daily collection calls and maintain consistent customer follow-up.
• Negotiate payment plans and help business owners resolve past-due balances.
• Process payments, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Build productive customer relationships while driving monthly collection results.
