LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts and to manage a high-volume portfolio from a home office. You’ll use skip-tracing tools and lifecycle knowledge to tailor payment plans that fit borrowers’ financial situations.

The role demands strong communication, a commitment to regulatory compliance, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment while working remotely in approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communications.
• Experience with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing methods to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recoveries.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and performance tracking.
• Provide professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
