Job summary

Foundation Finance Company is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist I in Oklahoma to assess past due accounts and contact customers for resolution per policy. The role handles complex questions from customer service and other reps, with hourly pay in the $21–$23 range.

The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and typing skills, plus the ability to work evening shifts and one Saturday every five weeks. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or collections.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional phone presence.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong typing and attention to detail.
• Two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every 5 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over-the-phone payments including credit card transactions.
• Provide relief options to customers in hardship per policy.
• Document notes in required systems per processes.
• Handle overflow calls related to disputes, recovery, and bankruptcies.
• Support with administrative tasks and be punctual and reliable.
