GetixHealth/Americollect is seeking a remote Collections Client Success Analyst who will build trusted client relationships and drive operational success. The role supports onboarding, account performance monitoring, and project implementation while partnering with internal teams to meet client expectations with confidentiality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in client success, account management, healthcare revenue cycle, or related field.
• Experience with external clients and managing business relationships is preferred.
• Healthcare collections or revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Support onboarding, account performance monitoring, and project implementation.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support reporting activities to improve client experience and retention.
• Coordinate projects and cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines.
