UtiliSave LLC is seeking a Client Relations & Collections Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for our clients, manage collections and receivables, and keep projects moving to completion.

The role requires disciplined execution, strong judgment, and the ability to follow up before issues arise. You will work with large healthcare, higher-education, and government clients, ensuring on-time deliverables and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client service or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to negotiate with past-due accounts without harming relationships.
• Proficiency with AI tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact and respond promptly.
• Manage collections and receivables, including past-due accounts.
• Prepare monthly collections reports.
• Lead client projects from start to finish and coordinate with Marketing.
• Support events and research; handle multiple responsibilities.
