Designalytics is seeking a Client Success Analyst to support Senior Client Success Managers and ensure timely, high-quality research execution. You will help keep client relationships organized and drive accurate, client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, data analytics or related field.
• Prior professional experience in the market research industry or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic Photoshop skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Client Success Managers in day-to-day execution of high-value accounts.
• Prepare client-ready reports with accurate charts and figures.
• Assist in gathering inputs for studies, including product images and dimensions; verify specifications.
• Coordinate across Sales, Analytics and Ops to track milestones and align with project scope.
• Attend client meetings as a second chair to track actions and relationship management.
