Qualifications

• Call Center or Collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers.
• Process payments on customer accounts.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure they do not get suspended.
• Maintain good public relations.
• Comply with all specified state and city laws.
