UtiliSave, LLC is seeking a Client Relations & Collections Coordinator to be the primary contact for clients, manage receivables, and keep projects moving to completion.

This full-time remote role requires 1+ years of experience in client service or collections, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication. You’ll work with large clients across healthcare, education, and commercial real estate, leveraging AI tools and MS Office to stay organized.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in client service, account management, collections, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently and with collaboration when needed.

• Act as the primary client contact and ensure prompt handling of every request.
• Communicate with premier clients on a near daily basis.
• Strengthen client retention with proactive, multi-channel outreach.
• Support the Client Relations team with client outreach and related projects.
• Manage administrative and client relations activities to prevent gaps.
