Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Prior experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; comfortable in a home-based client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors and maintain client account integrity in systems.
• Handle account cleansing: payment application, reconciliation, PO updates, billing consolidations, invoice corrections, inventory updates, price quotes.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support teams; respond to client inquiries.
• Communicate with and maintain good relationships across Pitney Bowes business units.
