Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based Collections Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech Clients, ensuring billing and collections activities are accurate and timely.

You will handle sensitive financial data, participate in background screening for credit review, and work a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00am–9:00pm CST) on an 8.5-hour schedule from a remote location, collaborating with teams across business units.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years client service experience.
• ~ Prior experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation (preferred).
• ~ Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors within multiple lines of business while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application and reconciliation, PO and cost center updates, billing consolidations, invoice corrections, inventory updates, and price quote generation.
• Collaborate with agents responsible for invoicing, account maintenance, collections, sales support, and respond to client inquiries or requests.
• Communicate with and maintain a good working relationship across business units at Pitney Bowes.
