Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors within multiple lines of business while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application, reconciliation, PO and cost center updates, billing consolidations, invoice corrections, inventory updates, and price quote generation.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support teams; respond to client inquiries.
• Communicate with and maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes" business units.

Collection Account Specialist

at Pitney Bowes, you will support high-value SendTech Clients to ensure that billing and collections activities are executed promptly with the highest level of accuracy. You will be responsible for handling sensitive financial data for our clients; therefore, a credit review is included in the background screening process.Schedule: You must have the availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:30PM EST / 7:00AM to 4:30PM CST (Specific schedule within those hours may vary or change as needed).Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. • Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
