Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity.
• Handle account cleansing: payments, PO updates, billing consolidations, invoices.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support teams.
• Maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes business units.
