Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections Analyst to support offshore and internal teams in keeping accounts receivable flowing. You will research disputes, set up payment plans, and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders to improve cash collection and customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in collections or finance, and proficiency with SAP, Business Objects, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in collections, finance, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Business Objects preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interact with offshore teams to support collection activities and ensure customers have payment information.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams promptly and professionally.
• Address concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify root causes with stakeholders when offshore operations miss expectations.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions to ensure issues are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore teams and communicate findings.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
