Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional for a country‑wide remote role in the United States. The role focuses on collecting outstanding receivables, partnering with offshore teams, and optimizing payment processes.

You will respond to inquiries, escalate issues when needed, and monitor implemented solutions to ensure root causes are resolved. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years of business experience in collections or related finance areas, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
3–5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact regularly with offshore teams to support collection activities and ensure customers have information to expedite payments.
Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams promptly and professionally.
Escalate issues using established procedures and monitor progress on offshore solutions.
Identify root causes in collaboration with stakeholders when offshore operations miss expectations.
Conduct regular quality audits of offshore performance and provide actionable feedback.
Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
