Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to coordinate with offshore teams to support the collection of outstanding receivables and expedite payments. You will respond to inquiries, address stakeholder concerns, and drive escalation and issue-resolution processes across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 3-5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service, preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP and Business Objects experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore teams to support collections and expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Address concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify issues and root causes with stakeholders when offshore operations miss expectations.
• Monitor offshore-implemented solutions to ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance and training needs.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
