Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or collections.

Responsibilities

• Performs outbound calls on past due accounts to resolve delinquency.
• Research delinquent accounts to determine best resolution action.
• Process over the phone payments, including credit cards.
• Provide relief options to customers per policy.
• Relay information on interest, statements and other questions.
• Assist with overflow calls (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy).
• Document notes per processes.
• Must work well with others and meet deadlines.
