ABB is seeking a CoE Field Service Operations Manager for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence in the United States, with a focus on day-to-day service execution and surge team development. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or commensurate experience.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of field service management and data center start-up strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of time.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day service activities for the Data Center Services Center Of Excellence in the United States.
• Own day-to-day execution within the Data Center Service segment and develop surge team for Data Center and Field Services.
• Oversee Surge Team onboarding, training, timesheets, expenses, and supplier invoices.
• Lead and collaborate with ABB teams to assign personnel and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement, KPI-based performance management, and safe operations.
• Ensure safety, HSE compliance, and high-quality end-to-end service delivery.
