Job summary

ABB is seeking a leader for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence in the United States. You will manage day-to-day field service operations, develop the surge team, and ensure high-quality, safe, customer-focused delivery while collaborating across ABB teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or commensurate experience.
• Experience with data center start-up/commissioning strategies and field-service personnel development.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and project software (BIM, Compass, CxAlloy, Procore, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day service activities for the Data Center Services Center of Excellence in Electrification Services (US).
• Lead surge team development, onboarding, training, and timesheet validation.
• Develop and review field-service strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer-focused service delivery across operations.
• Collaborate with ABB teams to allocate personnel and drive improvements.
