Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams. This remote role involves developing and delivering coding education for coders and clinicians across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with Coding Leadership and IT to schedule sessions, create materials, and assess learning outcomes, including trainer programs and e-learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years' medical coding experience in physician revenue cycle processes
• Specialty coding experience in surgical, anesthesia, and other areas
• CPC/AHIMA certifications required as listed

Responsibilities

• Lead coding education sessions for coders and clinicians.
• Identify educational needs and develop programs.
• Schedule and deliver in-person and virtual training.
• Maintain and evaluate e-learning and trainer materials.
• Coordinate with leadership across Coding and IT.
