Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; not required.
• If no degree, add 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with SMEs and translates requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyzes program requirements and develops strategic approach to updates.
• Maintains and updates courseware aligned with project objectives.
• Lead project tasks and coordinate with PMs, SMEs, and multimedia specialists.
• Creates and documents features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
