• 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharma sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and market access.
• Experience selling to hospitals, IDNs and institutional accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel within a defined region.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
