Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a data-driven Account Specialist to execute field activities in a defined territory and propel commercial performance. The role involves engaging healthcare providers, building strong customer relationships, and supporting launches to ensure patient access to innovative CNS therapies.

The position requires 5+ years of direct CNS/pharma sales, familiarity with formulary strategies, and proven quota attainment, with remote work and regional travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Recent product launch experience and familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
