Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to drive commercial performance across a defined territory. This remote-based role requires travel within a specified region and for company purposes as needed.

You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and support product launches while collaborating with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize patient outcomes and access to therapies.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, including pre-launch planning and early market execution.

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
