Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build relationships, and deliver on objectives while supporting product launches and patient access.

The role requires 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales, deep knowledge of patient pathways, and experience with formulary access and hospital systems. Remote, with travel within a defined region as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience launching products and market access strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to hit or exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution, including pre- and post-launch activities.
• Use field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
