Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a driven Account Specialist to lead field execution and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build relations, and drive adoption while supporting access to innovative CNS therapies.

This remote role requires travel within the region and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes patient pathways, access strategies, and successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharma sales experience.
• Deep knowledge of patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Familiar with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems and IDNs is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Use field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
