Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory.

This remote-based role requires flexibility and travel within a specified region to engage healthcare providers and support product launches. You will build strong customer relationships, navigate patient pathways, and collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes and access to therapies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct CNS or specialty pharma sales.
• Sell into hospitals/IDNs with proven quota attainment.
• Experience with product launches and early market execution.
• Familiarity with formulary access strategies and hub services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and engagement.
• Navigate patient pathways and support therapy access.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution including pre/post-launch plans.
• Use field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of products, disease states, and market trends.
