Zusammenfassung

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist to execute in the field across a defined US territory. This remote-based role requires travel within a specified region and occasional company-related travel, delivering on commercial objectives and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to support launches, adoption, and patient access to innovative CNS therapies, applying market insights to achieve strong performance

Qualifikationen

5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
Participation in a recent product launch is highly preferred.

Execute territory business plans to hit or exceed sales goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
Drive product adoption through patient and provider engagement and education.
Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services teams to optimize outcomes.
Support launch planning and post-launch execution.
Leverage field insights to inform strategy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, diseases, and competitors.
