Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist for a remote-based role in the United States. You will execute territory plans, engage healthcare providers, and drive commercial performance across a defined CNS territory while traveling as needed.

You will partner across Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to support launches, adoption, and access to therapies, ensuring patients gain access to innovative treatments while maintaining compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and market access strategies is a plus.

• Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize customer and patient outcomes.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
