Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist for a remote-based role in the United States. You will execute territory plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, and drive product adoption while supporting access to therapy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CNS or specialty pharma sales, with exposure to formulary discussions and early market execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of prescriber dynamics and patient pathways.
• Experience with product launches and market access strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plans to hit or exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch activities including pre- and post-launch strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge; ensure compliance.
