Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a driven Account Specialist for a remote-based role with travel within a defined region to support commercialization and patient access. You will engage healthcare providers, build relationships, drive adoption, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support launches across a defined territory.

You will leverage expertise in CNS products, formulary access, and hospital systems to optimize patient outcomes while meeting quota and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, including pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Demonstrated performance against quota with year-over-year improvement.
• Physical and mental requirements include extensive screen work and focus, with reasonable accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
