Job summary

Humana is hiring a Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud-based customer experience platforms. The role focuses on conversational AI, contact center solutions, and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable cloud solutions. The position is remote, with guidance to work from home in the United States; occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Support contact center modernization, including migration and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.
• Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Participate in Agile development activities, incl. sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.
