Job summary

Humana is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud-based customer experience platforms centered on conversational AI and contact center solutions. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will configure GCP services, build integrations, perform testing, and support modernization efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for improving consumer and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Support contact center modernization efforts, including migration and transformation initiatives.
Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.
Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.
Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices.
Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.
