Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support cloud‑based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Support contact center modernization, migrations and transformations.
Configure and support GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, monitoring).
Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
Participate in Agile development activities and sprints.
