3-5 years of cloud engineering or related experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and support.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Support contact center modernization, including migration and transformation initiatives.
Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.
Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.
Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning.
