Job summary

At Atlassian, a Solution Consultant on our Advisory Services – Public Sector team, will translate product capabilities into measurable outcomes for large organizations. You will guide customers through complex challenges, delivering strategic technical guidance at scale.

You’ll collaborate across teams, mentor customers, and help expand the use of Atlassian solutions while traveling up to 30% domestically or internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience within or working with SaaS companies.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles engaging with stakeholders from technical administrators to executives.
• Experience with Atlassian DC ecosystems and products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes for customers.
• Partner with customers to solve business challenges using Atlassian products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for service and product expansion within a client’s organization.
• Develop deep industry and solution expertise and stay current with best practices.
• Create technical content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals.
