Job summary

Cyera is hiring a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales of cloud data security solutions in the NY Metro/US field. You will prospect, map customer pain points, and close complex deals with the support of Sales Engineering to align Cyera’s capabilities to client needs.

You will analyze customer business, craft tailored value propositions, and guide executives through security and data risk topics. This role emphasizes travel (~50%) as cycles require.

Qualifications

• Hunter-type sales approach with track record of overachievement in hyper growth startups.
• Minimum 5 years selling mid-market SaaS in cloud/security/data space.
• Proficient in value-based solution selling and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; strong presentation abilities.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data security; experience selling security, data, or AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Cyera’s Data Security Solutions and articulate value to customers.
• Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
• Develop detailed territory plans and forecasts with accuracy.
• Deliver tailored meetings, PoVs, and business value demonstrations onsite.
• Engage with CISO/CDO/CPO/CIO level executives and build executive relationships.
• Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
• Grow Cyera’s presence with alliance and channel partners.
• Attend events and represent Cyera in relevant forums.
