Qualifications

• 2+ years of loan closing experience in the housing market; manufactured housing experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute closings for broker channel and serve as primary contact for brokers and settlement agents.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
• Balance final loan documents with title companies and resolve discrepancies before execution.
• Maintain timely closings by resolving bottlenecks and coordinating with internal teams.
