Zippy is a digitally focused lender for manufactured homes. The Closing Operations Specialist – Broker coordinates closings for the broker channel, acting as the central contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal staff to keep closings moving and accurate.

The role handles digital signing, guides borrowers through closing docs, answers questions, and facilitates remote online notarization to deliver a positive final financing experience for manufactured home buyers.

Competenze

• Two+ years of loan closing experience in housing market preferred.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.
• Ability to balance final loan documents and settlement statements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with broker relations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment with evolving tech.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Flexible work schedule including after hours/weekends.
• Autonomous and able to manage multiple closings.
