You will be the central contact for external brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams, ensuring timely closings and accurate final figures and documents.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes digital signing, remote online notarization, and a positive borrower experience, with a focus on housing affordability and scalable technology.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market.
• Manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for brokers and settlement agents to resolve bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents with title companies and resolve discrepancies before execution.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
• Coordinate multiple closings and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
