The role emphasizes timely closings, problem-solving for bottlenecks, and collaboration across title companies, escrow officers, and internal account executives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market; manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks with brokers and agents.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies and escrow officers.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and support remote online notarization.
• Ensure accurate closing figures and timely closings.
