Job summary

Zippy is hiring a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to coordinate and execute closings for our broker channel. You will be the centralized contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams, ensuring timely closings and accurate final figures.

You will guide borrowers through signing, support remote online notarization, and strive to deliver a smooth financing experience for manufactured homes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market; manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that evolves as Zippy’s technology and business scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements directly with title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents; identify and resolve discrepancies before documents are finalized.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization to deliver a positive final experience.
• Coordinate corrections with internal teams and settlement partners, send reviewed documents to borrowers.
• Organize competing priorities and coordinate with brokers, account executives, settlement partners and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely closings.
