Zippy is hiring a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to coordinate and execute closings for its broker channel, acting as the main liaison for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives. You will resolve bottlenecks, ensure accurate final figures, and support timely closings.

You will oversee digital signing ceremonies and guide borrowers through closing documents, facilitating remote online notarization to deliver a smooth final experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market; manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Ability to balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple closings and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements; identify discrepancies before execution.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization; ensure a positive closing experience.
