Zippy is seeking a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to orchestrate closings for our broker channel and serve as the central point of contact for external brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives. You will help resolve bottlenecks, coordinate final figures, and support seamless, digital closings.

You will guide borrowers through closing documents, ensure accuracy, and drive a positive end-to-end financing experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in housing/mortgage markets.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with broker relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central contact for brokers, settlement agents, and account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks.
• Balance and confirm final loan documents and settlement statements with title or escrow partners.
• Maintain professional broker communications and provide loan status updates.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and enable remote online notarization.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
• Own closing processes, track outstanding items, and prepare post-close tasks for servicing.
• Coordinate with multiple parties to deliver accurate and timely closings.
• Provide actionable feedback on systems and workflows to improve closing experiences.
• Share best practices across origination and closing teams.
