Zippy is a remote-first lender specializing in manufactured home loans. The Closing Operations Specialist coordinates closings for the broker channel, serving as the main contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams.

The role ensures timely closings, resolves bottlenecks, and guides borrowers through final documents. Responsibilities include managing digital signings, reviewing documents for accuracy, and maintaining a positive borrower experience.

Competenze

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in housing (manufactured housing experience appreciated).
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions with title companies/escrow/settlement partners.

Mansioni

• Serve as central contact for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies or settlement agents; identify and resolve discrepancies before finalization.
• Create an approachable digital closing experience; guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
