Job summary

Zippy is hiring a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker. The role coordinates closings for the broker channel, guiding external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams to deliver timely closings.

You will oversee digital signing, remote notarization, and ensure a positive final loan experience for manufactured home financing. We seek candidates with mortgage closings experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market.
• Manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal staff to resolve bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies or settlement agents; resolve discrepancies before execution.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
• Provide a high-quality digital closing experience and ensure timely closings.
