Job summary

Zippy is leading the way in online manufactured-home lending with a remote-first team and nationwide reach. The Closing Operations Specialist – Broker coordinates closings for Zippy’s broker channel, serving as the primary contact for external brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to ensure timely closings and accurate final figures.

This role also guides borrowers through closing documents and supports remote online notarization, delivering a smooth borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market.
• Manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for brokers and internal teams to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents; identify discrepancies before execution.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
• Coordinate with settlement partners to deliver accurate final figures and closing documents for timely closings.
• Perform detailed quality assurance on closing documents and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
