Job summary

Zippy, a remote-first lender specializing in manufactured home financing, is seeking a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to coordinate closings for the broker channel and to serve as the main contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal teams. You will guide borrowers through documents, balance final figures, and ensure smooth, timely closings in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll review closing documents, resolve discrepancies, and support digital signing and remote online

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in housing; manufactured housing preferred.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending and coordinating with title companies.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlements; resolve discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional broker relations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-ready environment.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Flexible schedule, including after hours and weekends as needed.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple closings.
• Collaborative and innovative with a team-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Broker and Settlement Agent Support: Serve as the central point of contact for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
